16th Annual National Convention 2009

Hundreds of authentic, rare, and one of a kind pieces of Hull Pottery and many other favorite pottery pieces will be on display. The public is invited to join members, dealers and collectors from all over the United States for the
16th Annual Show and Sale in the pottery capitol of the world, Crooksville, Ohio. This is the largest Hull Pottery Show in the world. In addition to great pottery and good friends, there will be lots of drawings and special give-a-ways. Come and enjoy the show with us!
Hours: Hours for the Show are Friday 12
noon (members), and public 1 PM to 5PM and
Saturday 10AM to 4PM.

Rooms
have been reserved at Hilton Garden Inn (815-932-4444)
for $99 per night, king or queen, each with its own
refrigerator and microwave. (Other motels in the area
are: Fairview Courts, 815-933-7708; Economy Inn,
815-939-4551; Call them for rates and availability.
The show, at Governor Small Memorial Park’s
Civic Auditorium is only minutes from the Hilton and is
all ground level in one big room.
Friday night an $18 buffet will be available at 6:00
p.m. at one of Kankakee’s most prestigious
restaurants, the over 100-year-old Homestead
Restaurant located just minutes from the Hilton.
Saturday’s show will be held from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00
p.m. (REMEMBER: Kankakee is on Central Standard Time.)
Set up may begin at 6:00 a.m.
Saturday evening $15 buffet will be offered at Fran’s
on 17 restaurant a few miles from the Hilton at 6:00
p.m.
Six and a half by three and a half foot tables are $10
each (tables are actually 13 foot tables when opened up,
but will serve as two six-foot tables.)
You may use your own tablecloths, any color, but
we will have plastic covers on hand for anybody who
needs them.
